  • Overview

To be part of our organization, every employee should understand and share in the YNHHS Vision, support our Mission, and live our Values. These values—integrity, patient-centered, respect, accountability, and compassion—must guide what we do, as individuals and professionals, every day.

The Associate Medical Informatics Officer (AMIO) will have both system and site responsibilities. The AMIO will provide input into the design, development, and implementation of evidence-based clinical best practices within the EMR. In addition, the AMIO should be identified as a resource for the local medical community. The MIO will actively participate in the selection, implementation, training and support of all clinical applications. The AMIO will champion the goals and objectives of the YNHHS Business Plan. The AMIO will act as a conduit for new ideas and feedback from the medical staff while also proactively mentoring and educating the staff on system functionality and promoting frequent and consistent use.
