    This full-time position with the YNHHS Treasury Department is an exciting opportunity to exhibit and develop strategic treasury, financial and analytical skills with a $4B revenue company. The position will be responsible for managing and monitoring the cash operations of the organization, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, short-term investing, wire payments, fraud prevention, bank account setup and maintenance, and bank relationship management. The position will also be responsible for assessing and recommending the products, services, technologies and systems that are available and appropriate for the Treasury Operations department. The position will also lead and participate in various Treasury projects including M&A integration, project managing the implementation of operational banking services and cash control enhancements, coordination of operational bank reviews, cash pooling initiatives and report development supporting Treasury Operation?s focus on visibility, efficiency and analytics.

    Responsibilities

    • 1. Manage the cash positioning and forecasting processes for the organization, including daily liquidity, forecast development, variance analysis and management reporting.
    • 2. Recommend and implement improvements to current cash management processes.
    • 3. Act as an expert adviser on transactional banking services and processes. Ensure compliance with all rules and internal controls, policies and procedures related to the organization's cash transactions and processes. Includes administration of all positive pay programs.
    • 4. Directly manage Treasury staff to meet YNHHS Treasury objectives. Includes planning, directing, training, coaching, evaluating performance and developing staff to achieve goals in a team based environment.
    • 5. Administrate the organization's operational banking relationships, including bank reports and scorecards.
    • 6. Supervise the bank administration processes for the department, including account inventory, signatory change processes, bank fee analysis and reporting.
    • 7. Assess, recommend and implement technologies and systems to enhance the efficiency, visibility and control of Treasury and related operational functions.
    • 8. Lead various Treasury projects and initiatives, including but not limited to M&A due diligence and integration, banking service reviews, cash pooling implementations, procedural documentation, and contingency planning.
    • 9. All other duties assigned by Associate Treasurer and Treasurer.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION

     

    Four year degree in Accounting, Finance or related business required. MBA preferred.

     

    EXPERIENCE

     

    5-10 Years of Treasury Operations, Finance or Accounting experience desired. Management Experience with a $1B+ Company highly desirable. Treasury Operations and Healthcare financial experience highly desirable. 3-5 Years of direct Supervisory experience preferred. Experience administering banking platforms and implementing Treasury Management Systems preferred.

     

    LICENSURE

     

    CTP or CCM accreditation strongly preferred.

     

    SPECIAL SKILLS

     

    Project Management experience is a plus. Strong skillsets and experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Access and PowerPoint required. Financial Modeling with Excel and/or Access a strong plus. Individual must be analytical, detail oriented and demonstrate ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills desired.
